export tasks
You can easily export task data to Microsoft Project or Excel.
When Viewing tasks, select the Action button, followed by the Export button.
Use "Export All Tasks" to export all tasks in your project or select "Export Selected Tasks" to export just the tasks you want.

PDF Creation
PDF Export uses the same preferences set for display on the iPhone such as sort settings, notes display and include completed tasks.
The PDF will automatically adjust the scale to fit all the tasks on the paper.
- Use Export Selected Tasks when you want to manually choose which tasks to use in the PDF file.
- Use Export All Tasks when you want to export all tasks in your Project.
- If you are viewing a single Group (or Phase), the Export All option will export all tasks from the selected Group (or Phase).
There are a number of PDF Settings can be set from the Projects Settings Panel.
- Set "Paper Size" to choose from 4 Paper formats: A4 and Letter, Landscape or Portrait.
- Set "Show Date Columns" to display Start and End Dates
- Set "Show Week Numbers" to display Week numbers
email a task
You can easily email a task to friends or colleagues.
When viewing the Task Info page, select the Email Task button to send an email.

You can easily email details of several tasks to friends or colleagues.
When Viewing tasks, select the Action button, followed by the Email button.
This will set the display to edit mode, as shown on the left.
Select the tasks you wish to email, and then press the Email Selected Tasks button.
