Getting Started

To start you need to create a project. This is done by pressing the plus button which appears on the right of the navigation bar. If it is not visible, press the Edit button and the plus button will appear.

Use the links on the left to jump to the section of interest. Alternatively scroll down this page to browse the features.

If you want to add a new Project, press the 'Plus' button. If you do not see the 'Plus' Button, switch to Edit mode by pressing the Edit button.

Once in Edit mode a detail disclosure icon appear. Pressing this will take you to the Edit Project Info Page.

From the Project Edit Page you are able to edit project details, such as:

  • Add an image to identify the project.
  • Rename the Project
  • Rename the Groups/Phases
  • Rearrange the order of Groups/Phases
  • Delete Groups/Phases
  • Delete the Project

There are many ways to view your tasks.

Your projects can be split into Groups or Phases in order to help you organize your tasks.

If you want to add a new Group or Phase you need to switch to Edit mode by pressing the Edit button.

Once in Edit mode, you can add a new Group or Phase by pressing the 'Plus Button'. You can also change the order in which the Groups or Phases are displayed.

To add a task, press the plus button.

Use Options if you want to change the filters, sort or display settings.

Turn Notes on if you want additional details about a task or just leave it off if you prefer.

Tasks can be viewed in two ways. The toggle button switches between date and timeplan modes.

To make changes to multiple projects, press the Action button. More details here.

If you rotate your iPhone the view will switch to the landscape mode. This gives you a better view of your tasks on the timeplan. Drag the scale at the top if you wish to scroll the timescale to the left or right.

adding tasks

Adding new tasks is easy. Just enter the task details in the first line.

Add Notes if you like to store additional information.

Your task will automatically allocated to a Group or Phase, but you can change it if you like.

Assign a Flag of up to 5 stars. This enables you to highlight tasks of particular interest. e.g. High Priority or High Risk.

Set the End Date and Task Duration by adjusting the bar with your finger.

Alternatively pick a start and end date from the calendar.

Set the Status to keep track of how a task is progressing.

Press the Save button when you are ready to add your task.

modifying multiple projects

After pressing the options button, you can choose to make changes to multiple tasks simultaneously.

Selecting the Change Dates option enables you to change the start date, end date or duration of multiple tasks.

Selecting the Change Status option enables you to change the status of multiple tasks.

Selecting the Email option enables you to email multiple tasks.
